The Adidas supernova glide 7 boost is out in the market to outperform its competitors. It is much softer and comfortable relatively to its ancestors as adidas engineered it on previous versions. From first look, the shoe does not reveal its key customizations such as lower tow bumper, semi reflective side strips.

Upper: The upper is a more conventional style mesh, albeit still a specialized one. It uses welded overlays at the front for adaptability, and a sewed on mid-area for a little structure. Inside is exceptionally smooth, and delicate, meaning there was next to no aggravation. It fit to size, and are a lot more voluminous than the Energy Boost 2, which is very nearly attempting to be a second skin.

Outosle: One very nice feature is the outsole.  It uses Continental rubber which is highly durable, light weight, and very sticky. The grip between foot and road is impeccable. One small cosmetic change this year is that adidas has chosen to keep the EVA part unpainted. If you remember Glide 6, the upper and lower part were painted in contrast colors, but the Glide 7 goes colorless. This has the effect of making the black part look larger, but without any impact on cushioning.

Verdict: The Adidas Supernova Glide Boost is a comfortable, and soft shoe, that does a lot of what the Energy Boost does well.  It is very grippy, and very responsive.

- Excellent cushioning - More traditional mesh than the Energy Boost
