Upper:The Techfit™ technology embedded in upper is the best feature of the shoe that gives a sock-like fit free from seams or aggravating liners. This time upper is far more secure on the foot that improves overall change of direction and elevation. The extra lace holes towards the front of shoe enable a better, more snug fit lower on the foot of the shoe.

Outsole: The shoe employs ADIWEAR™ continental rubber outsole which provides improved traction over terrain and is reliable in wet conditions. The boost material is created by molding TPU pellets together and is claimed to retain same density up to 600miles. The adiddas patented formotion unit guides the foot on landing into a more natural cycle. The heel gives the shoe forgiveness on longer runs but doesn’t alter foot strike greatly.

Verdict: Overall, Adiddas boost have mixed reaction but is a good option for those seeking a reliable, cushioned, and responsive shoe. The shoe is primarily focused to support overpronators, but equally good for neutral runners as well.
