Nike begins 2015 with a bang by launching Air Max 2015, roaring on its success and encashing its leverage is just an inception as Nike has launched another ICBM in extremely competitive running shoe’s market  i.e. Nike Air Zoom Vomero 10. It has undergone few significant updates as comparison to its ancestor Vomero 9. Let’s get started..

Upper: Nike Air Zoom Vomero 10 comprises of more Flymesh as comparison to its ancestors to make the shoe more breathable, enhanced fit and light weight. Adding extra flymesh has reduced the stitching over the top however to support midfoot well flywire is retained. The key aspect is that entire upper is single unit, starts from toe box with solid waterlight front that transit into extremely lightweight mesh. The laces are of mediocre standard however a double knot is required to keep them in place. The tongue of Nike Vomero 10 is made of same material but doesn’t have loop for laces thus, tongue adjustment will definitely be required in long runs.

Outsole: The outosole is made up of functional rubber (BRS 100 Carbon rubber) designed to give complete flat impact to the ground from heel via forefoot however inner sole provides nice bouncy feel while running. Nike has used same blown rubber in the forefoot ironically with same thickness but pods are longer with reduced dimensions. The flex groove presents in the mid foot provides better gait efficiency and flexibility.

Verdict: Nike Vomero 10 is an impressive piece of work as upper and midsole have been completely retooled however cushioning feeling remains the same. Maintaining the legacy, Nike vomero 10 won’t let you down in terms of plush and responsiveness and its one of the best neutral shoe in the market.
