Saucony Cohesion 10 has its own advantages when compared to other shoes. One of the most important differences in Cohesion 10 shoe is in its outsole which consists of Triflex system. It is mainly used for shock absorption feature, and it has got very good traction. It is also modified in its mid-foot and forefoot part. This shoe is mainly used for such persons or runners who run for long distance. The main disadvantage is that it is little bit hard and compared to steel and so it does not suits to one that requires moderately cushioned one. It suits mainly for the runners who are at the starting stage or initial stage and who are very much conscious over their budget.
