This shoe is mainly used for such persons or runners who run for long distance. The main disadvantage is that it is little bit hard and compared to steel and so it does not suits to one that requires moderately cushioned one. It suits mainly for the runners who are at the starting stage or initial stage and who are very much conscious over their budget.
